"This was my first time staying at the hotel and I can honestly say that the service was first class. In particular Marco on the front desk was very helpful. The hotel contacted me ahead of our stay and arranged transfers that went seamlessly and top quality restaurant recommendations and reservations. The hotel itself was in a good location if you want to be slightly outside the crowded tourist parts of the city, but still walking distance to everything. The restaurants around the hotel were great and the breakfast buffet at the hotel was excellent, in particular we were impressed with the Prosecco being part of the buffet!! "

"We stayed at Hotel Venice Resort Airport for one night (March 20–21) and found it to be a very convenient choice for those needing easy access to Marco Polo Airport. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent and easily arranged through the hotel. While the hotel doesn’t have an on-site restaurant, they offer a free shuttle to a nearby one, and there is also a fantastic restaurant just opposite the entrance (to the left). A small bar near reception is available for drinks. Our room was great—clean, quite spacious, and well-equipped, with a large bathroom and a fridge stocked with complimentary water. The outdoor pool looked lovely, though it wasn’t open during our stay. The only downside was the room temperature, which was uncomfortably warm overnight. It seemed that only heating was available, with no air conditioning. We mentioned this to reception when we checked out. Overall, this is a solid choice for an airport stay, offering convenience, comfort, and good facilities. With better temperature control, it would have been perfect!"
