"We stayed in the junior suite and loved the view of the canal. A spacious room with old world charm. The shower area is very tiny however. Breakfast was excellent. I removed a star because of the lack of hygiene at dinner time. One of the Bangladeshi workers was cleaning the kitchen and used the same ungloved hand to touch my food."

"I liked the location, the customer services, the room was big enough for 3 people. The negatives were that my brother got picked poket by the small alley. It was dark. The beds wete a bit too hard for my back. I would still go back even with the negative aspects "

"Only stayed 1 night and the water boiler broke so we had no hot water to shower the day of our flight back to New York. Water was freezing cold! Never had any other issues and this was our 4th stay here…"

"An excellent location near the train station. In a quiet canal, with bars and restaurants. The suite was lovely. As pictured with a Venetian balcony. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. About 30 min walk to st marks, due to crowds. "

"The concierge Alberto was so welcoming and gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and directions on how to use the vaporettos to get around the lagoon. Hotel was also centrally located near places to see. Such a pleasant and relaxing stay."

"Charming! Not too far from the train station and close to some shops and restaurants. Main points of interest are walkable or you can take the water taxi which isn’t far. This was my second stay here and I would go back again!"

"I had a wonderful stay at one of the best hotels in Italy during my holiday. The location was perfect—shopping was just downstairs, restaurants were everywhere, and the bus stop was only a few minutes’ walk away, just 3-4 stops from the train station. The service was fantastic, and breakfast was delivered right to our room, allowing us to enjoy our meal in privacy. The receptionist was responsive to our requests and served us with great joy. I felt very welcome. I would definitely recommend this...

"Excellent location with multiple quick paths to Piazza San Marco. Convenient to Accademia and Rialto areas as well. The trattoria next door was an excellent little spot where we enjoyed several meals. Our room was small but met our needs. The front desk was helpful with suggestions. "
