I have stayed there before and enjoyed it so much , I returned 5 years later and stayed here. I love the little piazza outside where you can just soak up life. Late at night my wife and I bring a bottle of wine and sit on the porch. Heaven

The hotel is literally on the Grand Canal. The included breakfast is excellent. We chose the location because it was both quintessential Venice and close to the railway station. Our room was not inexpensive but three of us slept comfortably in a small suite and woke up to walk outside and watch the sunrise over the Grand Canal.

Lovely Hotel, Great Location
This hotel was so quaint, every staff member was extra friendly and helpful, just so so nice. Great location to walk the city then walk to bus station after our stay. Nice patio area to enjoy food and beverages. Very clean and lovely place.
