"The hotel was great for our stay and 3 minutes or so to the train station, but it was still very quiet. We used the train to go to Venice 2 days and one day each to Verona and Milan. The staff was friendly. The beds were quite firm though. The room had a water kettle and a coffee maker. We only ate breakfast there one day prior going to the airport and it was good and had a variety of food. Overall it was excellent for our needs although not luxurious. "

"A beautiful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. I was given a room upgrade which was very appreciated. The breakfast is great. You can walk to the hotel from the station. There is one bridge to cross that has a ramp on it for easy crossing with luggage. I didn’t use the water buses as I preferred to walk, but there is a stop right out the front of the hotel."

"Even though this hotel is dated, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean. Breakfast menu is good. It is approximately 5 minutes away from the train station and 20 minutes of the nice walk to Piazza San Marco. "
