We did have a little problem with the door lock at one point but the receptionist helped us a lot and quickly found a solution. It is away from the high attraction tourist areas and near to some great dining, and shopping. The hotel itself has the best staff and service. They are always pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. The courtyard is beautiful and tranquil. This is the third time I have stayed here and will choose Hotel Abbazia every time. A great value and a wonderful stay."
