"Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "The actual stay was excellent, once we had accessed the property. Unfortunately Expedia do not allow other companies such as Numa to access their customers emails and mobiles. This was a problem because Numa send their access information, including codes to the property via WhatsApp. We turned up at the building unable to enter. Eventually, after excellent communication with Numa (and a helpful young couple!) we were able to access the property and had no further problems. The property is right...

"Great location, only 15 minute walk into the town. Property super clean, pool area fab and lots of grean space! Only minor but useful to have some baby safety, eg stair gate in apartment and something on the balcony as gap under the railings. Overall great stay!"

"The property is really nice and clean. Decent location within walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and bars. My only issue with the room is the aircon didn’t work. So it did get a bit stuffy and warm. Overall though, would recommend this property. Great communication and recommendations from the property manager"
