"I love this property, everyone that works here from the front desk to housekeeping are absolutely amazing! Natasha (I’m sure was her name) working the front desk March 23rd allowed my Grand Daughter and I to check in early and Robin (Front Desk) who accommodated my request on March 24th My housekeeper on the 4th floor was very helpful as well This is a beautiful hotel "

"Walking distance to Save-on Foods, beer/wine store, and 2 Tim Hortons plus fast food restaurants. Hotel has several restaurants in it and the food was really good. Liked the Keurig machine in the room. Short drive to the Chinook Center and other shopping."

"The lobby was under renovation, but the rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful. Great choice of restaurants around the hotel. We had a great time. Would highly recommend this hotel. Hopefully the renovation is done."

"After checking in, I had to pickup goldfish and jellybeans off our room floor before my littles found them. Our room was not vacuumed. It was dirty. The pool never had any towels. The elevator was out of order and we were on the 4th floor with four small kids. Called front desk to request a blanket and they told us to come get it but only allowed one. We won’t stay here again. "
