"Fast and friendly check in. Clean, comfortable room. The only negative was several sports teams in for the weekend, but they quited down a little after midnight and didn't start making noise again until 6 am. Just teens being teens"

"After checking in, I had to pickup goldfish and jellybeans off our room floor before my littles found them. Our room was not vacuumed. It was dirty. The pool never had any towels. The elevator was out of order and we were on the 4th floor with four small kids. Called front desk to request a blanket and they told us to come get it but only allowed one. We won’t stay here again. "

"We love this property, it’s our third year doing a staycation here. However, there was a bus load of hockey players staying on our floor and unfortunately there was a tonne of noise late into the night. "

"The front desk lady was awesome. Very helpful. Our door dash forgot utensils and the front desk lady was there to save the day. "
