Always enjoy my stay at the Germain, but the cleaning staff needs to do better at cleaning under furniture. When my wife was looking for her earring she dropped she found a personal toy someone had left behind. Had a good laugh, but was a bit put off by the lack of thorough cleaning.

Starbucks was right across in Marriott. Staff are a bit weird, not all but some don’t greet you at all and just stare at you when you walk up to the check in desk. I mean, who else but guests of the hotel walk up to speak with you? Very weird experience.
