Suite was spacious and plenty of room for our family of 4, and lots of stoeage space too. However, the bathoroom was tiny in comparison! Staff were friendly and helpful. We found the location was good and plenty of places to eat within an easy walking distance. The rooms were not very soundproof and we had particularly noisy neighbours one evening as well as domeone with a very loud, barking dog.

Very nice concierge, reasonable price for downtown calgary but noisy AC machine and noisy streets, big gaps under the door, noisy hallways. Good for a basic, no frills stay.

The only thing we liked about this hotel was the location. Nice central location, easy for us to find and get to our appointments. I did not request a kitchenette suite, as I find them extremely depressing, and unclean. The bed itself was comfortable, and I chose to stay only in the bedroom area.

Everything was great, the room and the area. Only feedback is to maintain your entrance after it snows. I had to floor it just to get into the semi circle entrance. I'm lucky I didn't lose my oil pan in was definitely not safe. But, I didn't want to stop in the road on a busy street to notify them.

Very helpful staff and nice room. Everything was clean and almost all necesities were available. The only downside is that, even during winter, it can get quite hot in the room if the airconditioning is not on. Apart from that, great place to stay and within walking distance of the city centre and parks.

I found all the staff that I dealt with quite pleasant and helpful. Quite a few things were within easy walking distance. The room itself was clean and the little kitchen area was perfect for what we needed. There is a full size stove and dishwasher, an apartment size fridge. Basic cutlery, plates, etc supplied. Just an FYI that if you are there long enough you would need to supply your own paper towel, and things like that. There is a Dollarama about a block south. Very handy for cheaper things if you need. The bed was comfy and my son seemed to find the sofa bed ok. I did find the walls a bit thin. My neighbor was typically on the phone quite early in the mornings and would wake me up. Other than that it was decently quiet given that we were right downtown.
