"The room is in great shape, the front counter service, half of them need more training. Half the outside doors won't accept the room key. Place is pretty clean. Ice machines are broken, elevator needs a renovation. "

"We needed a place to stay at since we had a water main break for a week now and decided to stay here choose to a conference we were going to. The place was good with a great free breakfast and beautiful view from our room of the mountains! The only feedback i would have is when people come to the counter to get a room, match it instead of making them book online and have to wait to get conference to get in, if possible? Thanks"
