"The hotel is really nice... great hot tub and the layout is nice. It is super convenient with Crowchild Dr. right there and the University district so close. The drawback was that we booked for 3 adults in one room on expedia and paid on expedia and when we arrived at the hotel they tried to make us pay for the extra adult. The only way that the front desk clerk would let us not pay for the extra adult (which we'd clearly stated and paid for via Expedia) was to sign up for the Best Western...
