"Stay was ok! Room was very nice, spacious as well. Appreciated the little kitchenette during our stay. Service from check in was not very friendly. I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows. We also asked for a blow dryer, because we assumed the room would be equipped with one, but now I...

"No complaints about the room or the staff . Lots of different food options . The chinese food buffet was kinda gross . The salad bar made up for the sub par hot food . Cheap low buget deserts but the fruit bar was pretty good . I also enjoyed the outdoor hottub, went in around 10 pm . It was -18c... pretty cool experience. I wpuld definitely stay again . "

"Very nice hotel and suites. However the pool area was not so enjoyable. The hottub/jacuzzi has next to no rule. Parents let their toddlers jump everywhere and splash other guests in the hottub with no mention in the rules that parent supervision is required and that the jacuzzi is meant for relaxing/adults/older children. 3-4 years old using the gym as a play area. Maybe consider adding a glass door between pool and jacuzzi area or consider specific later hours with no kids allowed."
