"I reserved a non-smoking room well in advance… got there to check in, and the only thing they had was a smoking room. This room was absolutely disgusting, was dirty, smelled bad of course, and the lady at the front counter couldn't give two craps about it. I couldn't get the air system to work properly and the ceiling fan didn't work ...so I spent the night in a nasty smelling room with no air circulation."

Room were great but slow on returning deposits

"When we arrived the room was ready. We had a room with no carpet which is what was wanted. The room was great. We was only there for one night. The staff was professional. I have not got my deposit or a receipt back as of today which is Thursday. I was told that my deposit would be returned as soon as the room was cleaned and the receipt would be emailed because it was booked online. We was there Monday and checked out Tuesday morning. We will book again if our deposit is returned back soon. "
