The property is absolutely disgusting. There was hair in the bottom of the bath tub and shower walls, the baseboards are coming off the walls, the sheets had something all over them like they had not been washed. There was I love you painted all over the mirror and you can barely see to brush your teeth. There is no microwave or refrigerator in the room. It smells awful. I booked a King size bed and got a Queen size. I made complaints to the front desk and her brushed it off like it was not a big deal. He never asked what he could do to make my stay better. He also said that they don’t give rooms with microwaves or refrigerators to people who only book one night. The price is outrageous for the quality of this motel. Very disappointing. I will not be back.

The property was filthy, infested with cockroaches, and smelled awful, with spider webs everywhere. Initially, we were given a room on the third floor, but it was in poor condition. They then offered us another room, but the door was jammed and couldn’t be opened. Finally, we were moved to a room on the second floor, which was just as dirty and smelly, with a broken front door. The kitchen microwave was extremely dirty, seemingly untouched for years, and crawling with cockroaches. Overall, this hotel was completely unhygienic.

The plumbing was awful. Sink wouldn't drain, shower wouldn't drain, toilet barely flushed and immediately clogged. And the best part, there were roaches. I would have asked for my money back if the staff spoke English and communicated better. Upon check out I tried to speak to the female desk representative and she acting as if she couldn't understand.

The shower head holder was broken and was definitely not what it looked like online at all and there was water leaks from upstairs in the bathroom and somewhere near the bed now as for the bed was comfortable though and the tv worked and the AC was good but the flusher for the toilet kept getting stuck and barely flushed would not stay there again it was nice as for how close places was but besides that horrible and housekeeping did not come by our room the two days we stayed they skipped us when they came.

Absolutely disgusting! Nothing like the pics shown, workers were very rude...room was dirty, had hairs all over the sheets, and cockroaches everyhwere. I wouldn't stay there again if they paid me to.

Checked in and made it to the room. Insects large and small were crawling all over the floors and walls, there was hair all over the bed, the bathroom was also covered in hair. Immediately walked out and canceled my stay there.
