"I reserved a non-smoking room well in advance… got there to check in, and the only thing they had was a smoking room. This room was absolutely disgusting, was dirty, smelled bad of course, and the lady at the front counter couldn't give two craps about it. I couldn't get the air system to work properly and the ceiling fan didn't work ...so I spent the night in a nasty smelling room with no air circulation."
