One weekend it was just myself(mom) and my daughter, we felt perfectly safe. The staff is extremely accommodating to anything we have needed. And the room rate I felt was fair for what they offer. "The night clerk was very nice. But when I went to check out and get my deposit back. The manager spoke to him and he said excuse me I will be back. They both left and after about 10 minutes he came back and gave me my deposit. I did have my Chihuahua with me and she was crated and I also paid the $25 pet deposit. So the only thing I can conclude is that he was told to go check the room to make sure my dog didn’t mess it up in any way. "
