"Great historic property, very friendly and helpful staff and only minutes from restaurants on Dauphin Street. Only suggestion would be to give more details on parking in advance since parking is located in an adjacent parking deck with one way streets around the hotel. Other than that, highly recommend the hotel. "

"Excellent stay. Everything was great! I understand some of the comments about the entrance to the parking and almost let that discourage me from reserving here. So glad I didn’t. It’s a bit narrow but not extreme. Room was clean and comfortable. Great mattress. Great breakfast. The staff was so friendly and helpful in the restaurant and at the front desk. I’ve noticed many positive comments about the valets. We didn’t use this service at all but I was so impressed with their friendliness when I ran into them in various elevator rides. It was noticeable."
