"This home is really nice, clean, spacious and very well stocked. The setting on the lake is beautiful and relaxing. The neighborhood is safe, secure and clean. The TV is very complicated to navigate, there were 4 - remotes and no tutorial. I had to call the cable company to figure things out. It would be helpful to have a property manager to meet with a check in to get an orientation. "Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Check in was simple. Book explained TV, pool, hot tub, and offered suggestions for restaurants and activities. Loved the home’s design. My husband and I had are wing and our son and his family had their wing. Pool table was get entertainment for the teens. The home had everything we needed. Definitely stay again. "

"Found a used syringe in the house shortly after check in. The house looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while or had things fixed when broken. The master bathroom had sticky substances on the walls and coffee ring stains on the counter. "Melissa was a fabulous host. She checked in with us, made herself available for any questions or recommendations during our stay and respected our privacy. The casita was a beautiful, private oasis!! The property was exactly as described and matched the pictures. The linens were soft, the bed comfortable, kitchen stocked and the casita was nicely decorated. The location is close to hiking trails, restaurants and was very safe. "Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. It is very high end, elegantly designed and every creature comfort was planned for. The outdoors were incredible, it felt like a celebrity boutique resort. We lounged by the pool, played pickle-ball and puttered. We felt refreshed and peaceful staying here. It was super clean and is just a wonderful spot. The Old Town trail is at the end of this private, exclusive street. Tremendous location!  Five stars all around - fantastic property, lovely hosts."

"Great location, close to great shopping and restaurants. Only 7 minutes to Scottsdale airport and 22 to PHX. Home is laid out great with large great room / arcade, quiet living room off the kitchen and bedrooms have their own bathroom (mostly) and many beds / sleeping arrangement options. Yard is huge with pool, volleyball, basketball and grass area for dogs to play. We used it all! Home had everything we needed and then some!! Would be great for families with small children as well. "

"Everything about the stay, other than the price, was great. I have stayed at this property multiple times, and the price is usually much more reasonable. Not so this time, but I did book on fairly short notice. Property is beautiful and well-kept. Multiple bedrooms in the unit make it ok to share with business associates. Have had the family along before too, and it’s even better for that. "
