"This is a very nice 3-bed/2 bath unit on the second floor. The unit was very clean upon arrival and nicely outfitted with comfortable beds and other furniture, kitchen amenities, and linens. We did have issues with the property management company not responding to some maintenance issues that we brought up. Most frustrating was not being able to figure out how to control the living room TV remote control. We asked for assistance several times. All the other TVs worked fine. The tennis courts are...

"We were in town due to personnal reason. The owners was great to communicate with and extremely understanding when a family emergency came up. She did her best to help us out in our situation and would recommend her to anyone."

"Place a spacious, clean, lots of amenities. Found zero traces of any bugs, the view was great off the balcony. Plenty of parking. Easy access to get in and out of. Host was easy to get to when we had questions, coffee maker broke and was replaced same day. I will book again if I head back to Phoenix."

"Everything was good except a couple minor things were broken (some blinds and fridge base cover) and one of the shower walls had some hair clippings that weren't cleaned."

"Everything was just as promised in the description of this property. We loved the convenience of being able to prepare our breakfast each morning and enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. We would stay here again."

"Was in Glendale to work the Final Four. Stayed with one other co-worker. This property was a nice, clean, and safe place to stay. Communication with the host was great. Would recommend for anyone coming through town for a work trip."

"We liked the location. We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. We contacted the service manager for remote, toilet paper and soap but got ni response. He did give us the correct wifi. "

"We were in town for Ironman AZ and couldn’t have found better accommodations. We were close to the venue as well as hiking trails. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The hosts were super responsive. We look forward to a return visit. "
