"We really enjoyed our stay - the room was good, clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was lovely, lots of choice and well presented, we ate dinner and breakfast, both very good. The staff were all very helpful and friendly , but one young man, by the name of Joel was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for him, very friendly, pleasant and helpful. In all, a very nice stay."

There were a few issues with the room I was in. The aircon didn’t work. There was a bathroom hook missing to hang the towel. "Really nice hotel, spa was nice. The suites could use some upgrades (the windows) there was water between the glass panels so the view couldn’t be enjoyed as much as it should have been. Especially when the heat was on full as it was -3 and it was just cloudy window panes. "
