"My wife, daughter and I stayed at The Wheatsheaf combining a work trip with some family time. We felt very well looked after at The Wheatsheaf; the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was a really good size for the three for us and we were all very comfortable. It is also a fantastic location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and Lakes, with the beautiful Ingleton waterfall trail right on the doorstep. Thank you to the team! We hope we get to come back!"

"Nice hotel - good food, doggy super-friendly (even meals and ice-cream) - car park huge but not in peak times - only negative was the walls a little thin but nothing major. Distance to carnforth, lancaster and morecambe fine. Lovely people. "

"Absolutely 5*, we stayed in the oasis suite and from the second we walked through the door - tranquil music playing , jungle relaxing vibes , perfect lighting we knew it was going to be an amazing couple of days. Decor is so beautiful, the bathroom - bath with a telly and surround sound just topped it off, biggest comfiest bed I’ve slept in and the hot tub on the terrace was fantastic, every single detail that has gone into making this room what it is and it doesn’t go unnoticed, we loved our 2 night stay here I just wish we had booked longer, Brooke was lovely to deal with, I can say we will definitely be back here.
