"Downtown Burbank, with plenty of dining options and a shopping mall, is all within a few blocks of the hotel. There's plenty of parking, albeit just under $30 a day, and the traffic getting in and out of the parking garage is minimal. Plus the hotel is right off the freeway. There is a train that passes the hotel and you can hear its horn, but it was not noticeable at night. The pool is small, but heated. "Great customer service! Our flight got in close to the end of the airport shuttle service. They arranged a rideshare for us. I'm not sure if this is standard practice or a short term solution. Could have just been us not reading the amenities list close enough. We were grateful nonetheless. Good breakfast as well! "
