Find Hotel with a Concierge in Brunswick, GA

"When checking in the hotel had given my room to someone else. Instead of apologizing, they told me go sit down and wait while they tried to figure it out. After about 30 minutes of waiting, I walked back to the counter and the manager dismissively said they had a room for me and then walked off. No apology or acknowledgement that I had been treated like I did something wrong. On top of that, the room we were given had an AC that will not stop running. Our room remains freezing. "

"This place was so nice!! Although it was very busy it was calm. They were so nice when I was the one who made the mistake and booked the wrong type of room. Although they couldn’t move us they sent me and my hubby a nice gift for our anniversary since I just mentioned why I wanted the special room. Everything we needed was taken care of!! "

"2 thin towels- one had a hole in it. No extra toilet paper. Sheets and shower curtain a little dingy (Discolored in a few places). The coffee was good and hot. AC worked well."

"Despite unusually cold weather, the reception at Jekyll Ocean Club was warm and welcoming. We found plenty to do on the island and nearby. We had amazing meals here and in other island restaurants. Had a massage, loved the hot tub and everyone enjoyed horseback riding on the beach. Love this hotel. Our second time there and will be back for sure. "
