"Came for my birthday. Spacious apartment, mostly clean except a lot of the cutlery & plates but I cleaned them myself. Unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t working and I did let them know but nothing was done. Check in and check out was confusing and not reception to ask questions to so had to phone them up multiple times. I don’t believe I’ve had my security deposit back either and it’s been over a week now. Average place."

"The instructions were not clear. They don’t communicate properly. When we arrived at the property there is no key, one of the room is not yet ready, property smells of cigarette, dirty, linens were not changed still smells from the last guests. We were relocated to a different apartment which is the same and it was freezing cold and very dark. I called the host but they don’t pick up the call. Poor communication especially if the guests have children and coming from a long way. "

"Exactly as described but with some pleasant extra details. The host is very attentive and hands on. For me the flat was very comfortable. It was warm, everything worked, the kitchen was equipped, including coffee machine. The host has a large collection of films for fans and plenty of tips for exploring Liverpool. I loved the city which offers something for everyone. The flat is about 30 mins walk into the centre and super close to University locations "
