"Beautiful location and scenery, rooms were clean and everything provided. Breakfast was fairly priced at £11, dinner was a bit disappointing however. Wetherspoons quality food for 10x the price."

"When we first got to hotel , the room we were given was not the room we booked , receptionist was really unhelpful , we asked to speak to manager, within 15 minutes he has sorted the correct room out for us , gave us the key cards and helped clear up the issue with the parking , the hotel was veery clean and today , with exception of one recpetionist all the staff were welcoming polite , the bar prices were reasonable for a hotel right next to a comic con , we had the breakfast buffet for 2 days , that was banging , never had they run out of any items , whole experience after check in was amazing , well done pullman."

"Stayed here for 2nd time, made sure a kingsize bed as a double was too small last time. Staff always friendly and helpful. Room was upgraded to canal side room which was very warm , had a fan in there which a well needed. "

"Even though the hotel is near a busy ring road, it was very quiet. There is a lovely view from the upper level restaurant and the location itself is very handy for both the main town and a leisurely river walk. We enjoyed our 3 night stay and had a great meal at a nearby pub only 3 minutes walk away."

"Absolutely loved this hotel to stay they had everything we needed and would return! Lovely location Food from the palm was stunning! And the bar staff made me cocktails that wasn’t on the menu! Only con was that a loud fan come on in the night and woke us up and on the tables near the pond from the bar is that they wasn’t maintained glasses weren’t maintained and bird poo/ cobwebs all over the tables. Just needed a quick clean! But overall was an amazing stay! "
