"The resort was great, not huge and exhaust you from walking around to places. I loved the outdoors Chicken Hut grill by the pool area, they served Jerk chicken so delicious. The beach was in front of the property , there was chairs & umbrellas already there. It was clear, clean water, and nice soft sand. The dinning options was ok, but i likd eating at the buffet the most, more options and variety of food than the restaurants, which you have to reserve in advance. The room was nice and clean, however there was a tear& wear that needed updates, like the shower door, shower head, the sink, bathroom door, and the balcony. "

"As someone who works for one of the most recognizable and known top of the line hotels in the world, i know what luxury and good service looks like. Once you drive into the property you're greeted by beautiful landscaping, then once you walk into the front door you're greeted with a stunning view of the ocean and a beautiful lobby. The bellman are top notch. (Akeem delivered my bags to the room). Rasan and Nicole from the front desk were awesome and extremely helpful. The chef at the jerk hut had a amazing personality, i forgot to get her name but she was short. As a Jamaican, i also know that the buffet food at most all inclusives are usually mediocre, but that's not the case with Moon Palace. Shenoya, Ann-Marie and Giovanni at the buffet were very attentive and helpful. Mr Howard along with the rest of the spa staff were great. The staff at the playroom were friendly and always remembered my daughters name. The beach party was a great time. Michael Jackson impersonator was AWESOME. My 3y/o daughter was always playing with the phone having what i thought was imaginary conversations, until about 2 days in i heard a voice talking back to her, it was Novia the operator, who then graciously enlightened me to the fact that those imaginary conversations were not so imaginary lol. She was incredibly gracious and didn't seem annoyed with the fact that my daughter was calling repeatedly without my knowledge. LOVED THE PROPERTY AND ALL THE AMENITIES! EAT SUNDECK PIZZ"

"On site security. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean but they do not provide wash clothes, only towels. Breakfast complementary and delicious. The property only has one pool that is not that big but it is deep. Hotel is walking distance to the town, the clock, and Mahogany Beach. Dunn’s River Falls and Dolphin encounter are also less than 5 minutes away."
