"We had a great stay, although there are pros and cons. We stayed here with our kids, 5yo and 9mo old. We assumed there will be a microwave and a fridge in the room just like every holiday inn in the US but they don’t. That was our mistake. We needed a microwave to sterilize my baby’s bottles and the staff were very helpful to let us use their microwave. "The property was lovely. Short taxi or walk to the town centre. Our holiday was Dec and the owener had been in and put the heating one. We were meet by a lovely lit Christmas tree in the hallway. The apartment had every thing we needed and more. "

"Our entire family loved our stay. The apartment was close to everything!! We used the train, buses, uber for longer distances but walked all over the city as well. Grocery stores are very close by as well as restaurants, bakery, deli and pubs. In addition the accomodations were wonderful! The beds are comfortable and the entire place very comfortable. Lots of room for everyone."

"Grand appartement très bien situé pour visiter edimbourg proche commerce bar salon de thé et transport en commun 20 min à pieds du chateau, 15 min de la gare par grande artère sympa. Cependant nous avons eu une panne de chauffage eau chaude en.plein hiver...(31 décembre 3 janvier). Malgré les jours fériés service client très disponible au téléphone On s'est gelé mais on a eu une bonne compensation financière. Donc si la chaudière est remplacée je recommande ce logement "

"Not too much to like.The bed was comfortable. Curtains were in very bad state, some ceiling repairs required. Needed decorating. Fridge did not work, the TV was tiny. The entrance was dismal and had not been cleaned for some time. We did not enjoy our stay at all."

"Peter was an excellent host. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs. We enjoyed meeting him and talking with him on several occasions. He was personable in every way. In addition, the property was right on the public bus route that we could take and/or connect to all parts of Edinburgh We highly recommend staying at Peter's property."

"We’ll equipped for the kitchen and bathroom. Lots of bed options. Quiet neighbors 😂. The only downside were the smells . The couch and cushions had a odor of cigarette smoke. And the building overall when you walk in is not pleasant. But not the worst thing to be concerned about. The closest pub is a few blocks away: and more options about 1/2 mile on the main road.
