"We had a great stay, although there are pros and cons. We stayed here with our kids, 5yo and 9mo old. We assumed there will be a microwave and a fridge in the room just like every holiday inn in the US but they don’t. That was our mistake. We needed a microwave to sterilize my baby’s bottles and the staff were very helpful to let us use their microwave. "The hotel is beautifully presented inside and outside - candles and soft music greet you on arrival in the evening. The rooms are beautiful, with modern and spacious bathrooms and every need catered for. The breakfast is delicious and our hosts served all the drinks whilst we enjoyed the freshly prepared food in the large modern kitchen with amazing views. Cannot recommend highly enough to anyone visiting Edinburgh and looking for high end accommodation."
