"We had a very good experience. Hotel staff was friendly and professional, and the building and our room were clean. We tried to have an early check in, but our room was not ready, and it was still not ready at regular check in hours. We went to the executive lounge for a little while and then we explored the area around the hotel. The location is excellent. "

We had stayed before in more standard accommodation and found it satisfactory but the additions that the upgrade gave us were excellent.
