"Room radiator is controlled by hotel staff via central heating, we had no control on temperature. Heating is not available all the time. Road side parking availability depends on your luck, not advised to travel by private car."

"Staff were lovely at reception despite having an overwhelming number of people checking in at the same time. The hotel was comfortable and we had a great night sleep. The hotel is a little tired and does need a little attention. We had a superior room which had an amazing view of the beach. Spa facilities were lovely, highly recommend using this. "Staff were excellent, hotel was decent. Some very pronounced bits of wear in places (bottom of the bathroom door was rotten). TV was slightly small for a room of its size. Issues with inconsistent amounts of loo roll provided! Excellent location and a decent option if you want to stay in the heart of Brighton."

"We stayed at the Sea View room - the staff were lovely and service was good. However, the room itself really needs a face lift - the paint is flaking off all over the windows and some part of the ceiling, the carpet is old and fraying at the junction where it meets the wood floor and the towel rain in the bathroom is loose. Don’t get me wring, the room itself was clean, but it felt a bit unloved. Considering this was one of the more expensive rooms with twin tubs, I would have expected it to be...
