We tried to find apartment using google maps as it said they had a concierge but could not locate the apartments. Had to find alternative accomodation. Very stressful. "We stayed at the Sea View room - the staff were lovely and service was good. However, the room itself really needs a face lift - the paint is flaking off all over the windows and some part of the ceiling, the carpet is old and fraying at the junction where it meets the wood floor and the towel rain in the bathroom is loose. Don’t get me wring, the room itself was clean, but it felt a bit unloved. Considering this was one of the more expensive rooms with twin tubs, I would have expected it to be...
