"Terrible experience. When I tried to check in, I had to wait for ages. There was no real urgency to check customers in. They could not find my booking, insisted on a booking reference number (which I had), but no avail. In addition, they insisted on paying the tourist tax, which was already paid for. I had shown proof on my booking confirmation, however that was not satisfactory. The whole experience was awful. I had planned to stay there again, due to the low cost, however I cancelled this....

"Good property to stay with the budget, i loved the breakfast, room size was good and staff was as very cooperative. I have noticed some issues - slow lifts -in my case, room has noise at night may be mrt, which is disturbing but we were tired but not bothered much"
