Located in the beautiful Rosedale Golf Community, The Nest's high ceilings, crown molding, chandeliers, tasteful artwork, open floor plan, heated pool with tinkling spa waterfall and stereo throughout provide for stylish and comfortable living and entertaining.

A large living room welcomes guests and the separate family room with 65" flat screen TV and entertainment system can accommodate a Super Bowl party as easily as a quiet movie for two.
Living and family rooms have direct access to the pool and lanai, as does the master bedroom. The rear study that overlooks the pond and pool affords a quiet office with a sunny view during the day and easy access to the kitchen without disturbing sleepers at night.
The lanai has plenty of space for sun bathing/reclining/stretching/working out as well as poolside grilling and dining. The illuminated, 2 to 4 ft deep heated pool and adjacent spa invite reinvigoration at any time of day or night.
A beautiful, fully applianced kitchen with multiple countertops includes an island with a second sink for easy food preparation by 1 to 3 chefs.
The ocean themed bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 while the pull-out sofa in the study enables another 2 guests to spend the night with privacy.
The master bedroom suite includes a sitting alcove, walk-through closet, a large bathroom with separate shower, bath/jacuzzi and toilet room. It has its own flat screen television with an independent cable box, DVD player and a Bose clock/radio with alarm.
The two guest bedrooms have clock radios with alarms, double sized and twin sized beds and share a bathroom within a guest suite that has separate climate control.
The third bathroom serves the living areas and pool. A laundry room with washer, dryer, folding table, sink, extra refrigerator/freezer and storage cabinets, connects to a 2.5 car garage through a separate door.
A pack&play crib, high-chair, removable wheelchair ramp for the front door, shower and toilet grab bars and an available over-toilet hospital-style seat/bedside commode make The Nest both convenient and safe for the youngest and oldest guests.
Dual-zone air conditioning/heating, dehumidification and on-demand hot water provide a flexible, continuously comfortable living environment year-round, while the home alarm system with private security code and poolfront door alarms give additional peace-of-mind.
Cable TV, broadband WiFi and system cable connections to the modem are available. The entertainment system that supplies separately adjustable sound to the family room, living room and lanai includes a DVD player and accommodates laptop and game console input via HDMI cable.
An easy to read guidebook to home appliances, systems and local services and contact information is on hand. Three sets of multi-occasion tableware and glassware, a wide range of utensils together with hotel quality linens, bed clothing and a selection of complimentary Keurig coffees complete the luxury touch.
Rosedale is a well manicured, gated community with a full time security guard, 18 hole golf course, and a country club with 5 tennis courts. a fitness center and a restaurant that provides fine cuisine within walking distance or a 2 minute drive.
The community has very modest automobile and golf cart traffic which makes the roads and paths well-suited for walking, jogging and cycling. Our neighbors tend to be older professional retirees who are pleasant and respectful. There are quite a number of pets but few children living in Rosedale. Child visitors are most certainly welcome (though noise and rambunctious behavior are not).
Pets and Smoking
Unfortunately, we are unable to allow pets or smoking within the house by renters or their guests.
Services
Basic electricity, water, cable TV and telephone service for an average family of four are included in the daily rental rate. Additional usage (as detailed in our contract) will be charged to the renter.
We can optionally provide additional professional house cleaning and laundry services up to weekly at cost (no management fee).
The grounds and pool are professionally maintained on a regular schedule that will be known to the renter.
City trash and recyclable material collection occurs twice weekly from curbside locations.
Our local manager is available for questions, maintenance issues and emergencies at all times.
The Sarasota-Bradenton area has excellent police, medical and emergency services.
Necessities
Numerous large chain grocery stores, convenience stores, pharmacies (including 24 hour service), gas stations and restaurants are within a 10 minute drive.
General Access
Elizabeth's Nest offers convenient access to extensive recreational, dining and shopping amenities. It is within 20 minutes of downtown Bradenton and Sarasota, and the Sarasota-Bradenton airport. It is 45 minutes from downtown Tampa and the Tampa airport. The Clearwater-St. Petersburg airport is 40 minutes away. The highly rated beaches and gulf coast range in driving distance from 15 to 30 minutes. Interstate highway 75 provides rapid north-south connections to Tampa, Fort Myers and elsewhere, large boulevards provide cross town access to the beaches. Sarasota-Bradenton airport and downtown areas. The Sarasota-Bradenton airport is modern, compact and extremely convenient to use. Tampa is much larger with many more direct flights. Both are serviced by a number of quality limousine services.

Sarasota-Bradenton is sub-tropical, slightly cooler than Miami, with lots of sun. From April to October, the temperature is typically in the range 80-93 deg F ( *** deg C). This period is ideal for in-water beach and pool activities. There are frequent showers that may be heavy but are short-lasting. From November to March, temperatures are in the range 50-80. Evenings are typically cool and there is little rain. The air is very fresh and there is often some breeze. The climate is ideal for outdoor recreation including some swimming, especially in heated pools. While precautionary evacuations for hurricanes have been ordered twice in the past 13 years, Sarasota and Bradenton have experienced no major damage.
Aside from the white sand beaches that are considered by many to be among the nicest in the country, if not the world [ref], The Sarasota-Bradenton region has excellent opera, theater and museums as well as innumerable restaurants for inside and outside dining. The area is home to a large number of boutiques, malls and outlet stores. Dining and shopping are clearly favorite regional pastimes.
