If you are looking for a great vacation rental that has it all, close to town, in a nice neighborhood, this is it. Oh, one more thing which is so important to me, they have comfortable beds!!! "

"The property was very clean and centrally located. It was smaller than we expected but was sufficient for the two of us. The heated pool was very nice for this time of year (April). I would recommend that the host provide fans since there was not any ceiling fans in the bedrooms. A lot of folks need a fan to sleep."

"We had a great stay at this house & had plenty of room for all 12 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with great appliances. When we had a small issue at the rental our host Jackie was quick to respond & even provided us with breakfast the next day. All the beds were comfortable and the home was beautiful. The home is close to just abt anything you’d need esp the beach. We’d def book again. "

"House was adequate for our needs and was exactly as advertised. Located in a good neighborhood and I liked that it was near the airport and a midway point between the attractions in Sarasota and Bradenton. My only complaint was that the pool was filthy upon arrival and the water level was way below the skimmer. I let management know, but the pool guy didn’t arrive until Thursday. He was frustrated that he wasn’t notified at all. Sounds like my complaints weren’t passed along to the pool company....
