"Check in process was a little shaky. Our reservation wasn't listed when we checked in at the gate. Since it was a weekend, the HOA office wasn't open. Property management group came that day and provided paperwork for entrance to community. Make sure to make appointment with HOA for access to amenities. We liked how new the house was. Inside clean be lanai was very dirty with cobwebs and spiders everywhere. Reported to property management. No done. Loved the view of the pool and water behind it. Spent most of our time there. Big disappointment was that the spa with use of jets and the increased temperature is NOT AVAILABLE FOR RENTALS.. my mistake when booking that there is a separate icon for spa. I do feel that the description of the house and community is very thorough, but nothing was mentioned that the spa jets cannot be turned on and the temp of the water will only be the temp set for the pool. This omission felt a little deceptive. Especially when parties in the house are prohibited is listed three times but nothing about the spa. Ok, I'll get off my soap box. House is missing some basic items like: broom and dustpan, only dresser in bedrooms is in master, net for pool and additional kitchen essentials. Will not rent again because of the spa and we are looking for a more robust tennis community.Property management company did make contact with guard and make sure they have a copy of rental agreement after we called to let them know we werent listed at the f"

"Had a great time. Eric’s condo and Lakewood National had everything we needed and was located close enough for family visits, toursty things and beach visits. Only slight issue was check-in which was slightly inconvenient, not really an issue. We arrived after 5pm on a Friday and needed to wait until Monday to get an automatic pass. Inconvenient only in the fact we needed to stop buy the guard shack each time we arrived but every member of the staff was welcoming about it."

"We had a wonderful month at Lakewood National! The condo was clean and well appointed. It was very quiet. Lyndsey and Dave were great hosts, and responded immediately to any questions or issues we had. I dealt more with Lyndsey, and she was an absolute doll!!! I would absolutely rent from them again. Only thing i felt was missing was a grill, but the property doesn’t allow them, so thats nothing against Lyndsey or Dave. Thank you so much for letting us rent your beautiful property. "

"The host was great. We found the condo to be nicely equipped, including the kitchen which made it easy for us keep house while there. The location is central to everything at Lakewood National as well. "

"Good - Management company for the property was one of the best we have encountered. Responded quickly to call or text and resolved issues reported. Space was good for 4 adults - house was in great location/neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped as far as pans, plates, appliances. Pool service did great job. Bad - TVs were all different, multiple remotes and only one instruction that didn’t work most of the time. Ended up just using our streaming apps. Although there were some good towels, most of the others were older/mismatched. No spices (not even salt or pepper) or things like aluminum foil. Ugly: Arrived to air conditioning not working and took 2 days to fix had to go to hotel. Air, even after fixed, was not cooling 2nd king bedroom well - no overhead fan. Had to use three floor fans in that area to keep it cool. Refrigerator was leaking water on floor when arrived. Pool cage missing big panel, pool deck area not clean. Beware that the community only allows 2 adults to have IDs, so in our case with 4 adults - the other 2 adults could not use amenties without one of us being with them which was not clear when reserving.Very inconvenient after paying extra for this access. How can a house in Florida not have an emergency kit for hurricane/power outages? We only found one flashlight which had battery corrosion. (Leasing company did send over a new flashlight). Overall, we made the best of the situation so we could enjoy our family/vacation."
