My only complaint is they have quarter laundry and dont offere quarters at front desk. So i actually went to another hotel to do laundry and also the water vendong machines didnt work. "

"The layout is unique, creating a private hillside patio experience. The TV in our original room wasn’t working, but the friendly staff quickly moved us to another (upgraded) room. Our new keys were delivered to our door and we received an escort to the new room. Things breaking are a natural part of life, but the staff handled it like champs! "
