"By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for the price. If you are expecting a 5 star resort you will not be happy - If you are expecting a 50 dollar a night hotel you will be blown away. THE ROOMS - were very spacious - like more room than you get in most 5 star resorts. Beds were comfortable - everything very clean, excellent water pressure THE POOL - very clean, lots of room kids love it. It is not heated so it is cold at first but you get used to it pretty quickly. The jacuzzi pool is not a hot tub - just a jacuzzi. Around the pool plenty of loungers and tables. You can literally go right next door to the Oxxo, pick up some drinks and snacks and hang out by the pool drinking and snacking for next to nothing. THE RESTAURANT- honestly very good food for decent prices. The breakfast was so so - buffet style but the food off the menu for lunch and dinner was very good. The drinks were delicious but a bit pricey considering you can go to the Oxxo next door and get beer for 1/4 the price. Staff was amazing there. Ceviche was delicious, burgers were great, everything was good. THE LOCATION - amazing - 5 minute walk to the beach, close to shops, close to restaurants, close to bars, honestly an amazing location. Bus stop about 30 seconds away - Oxxo basically connected to it, pharmacy 10 seconds away, taco stand 10 seconds away … I’m not exaggerating - 10 second walk like 15 steps and you are there. Also very safe - no concerns at all. Uber easy to PV "

"Hotel Mousai is an amazing hotel. It was so clean and pristine. The grounds were beautiful and lush. It felt as though Hotel Mousai thought of everything you could want in a hotel stay. Room: 5 stars The room was very spacious and beautiful. The mini bar was always well stocked. Our balcony had an amazing view of the ocean and the mountains. The hammock and hot tub were perfect to end the night in or watch the sunset. The room came with an iPad that controlled the lights, drapes (A for the blackout drapes) and music. We loved that the room came with a speaker system. You could Bluetooth your own music or play music already loaded onto the iPad. Most nights we would come back to the room and the beds would be turned down, lights would be dimmed, and soft music playing. It was a lovely touch and Thank you to Luz for taking care of our room all week. The bidet if you’ve never tried it, is great! Food: 5 stars The food was delicious everywhere we went. From Dao, Bocados, Blanca Blue it was 5 stars always. Even the food by the pool was delicious. Often times, food at an all inclusive is not the best but this food was absolutely delicious. Staff and service: 4 stars The staff was so friendly and accommodating everywhere we went. Omar at the pool was the best. Carlos our butler helped us with all our reservation needs. The only downside was the concierge trying to convince us to attend their demonstration. It felt pushy at times. Besides that, this hotel was hands down the best "

"Amazing vistas, good whale watching, very nice unit, and great common spaces. Located about 2 minutes past Mismaloya by car. No walking but you will not want to leave the roof top or pool decks. Bring binoculars and groceries and bevies, as limited shopping and no working bar/ cafe on site. Wonderful get away and part of the Bay of Banderas that must be seen. Unit’s listing details are accurate. Highly recommended if you want to,’vanish’ for a few days. "

"The panoramic suite is AMAAAAZING!! Bonnie at the concierge is extremely lovely and helpful. The property is beautiful! Being so close to Los Arcos is incredible with November to January being the best months. Two warnings: 1. The beach is small is very very rocky. Bring water shoes with a hard bottom. 2. The hotel says tipping is included but every bill they expect further tipping AND when you check your final bill they don’t match. Be careful!"
