"The hotel claimed they couldn't find our reservation and both VRBO and the host refused to help. We were charged by both and they will not help resolve the issue. I had a confirmed reservation and vrbo charged my credit card, but when there was an issue, neither the host, VRBO or the Melia Orlando would help. Dishonest con artists abound. "Wonderful townhouse near Disney. We actually evacuated there because of Hurricane Milton. Our host was awesome; as he was gracious to let us check in earlier that day. He also checked in frequently to make sure we were ok after the hurricane; as well when we returned home to St. Pete. We will definitely be back for a real vacation visit! "

"The unit was a townhouse style and was beautiful. It also appeared to be very new. The only complaint I had would be in the lower level shower. The water was hot and there was no way of making it cold. It was bearable for me and we were so busy at the resorts, that I never alerted the main office of this, so someone may want to look into that. Otherwise, it couldn't have been much better. Beautiful townhouse and I would absolutely stay here again."
