"The studio itself was really nice and we enjoyed the stay. Only issue we had was that there was no thermostat in our room and we were constantly getting extremely hot, especially at night. We both sweat all night because of how warm and muggy the air was. We were constantly having to text one of the property managers to please turn the temperature down and it would last a couple hours before it felt like the room temp had creeped back up around 80. "

It also had kitchen utensils, paper towels, dish soap, and some other stuff that I found thoughtful and useful. "Never saw anyone from property to check if everything was ok, only saw a handy man. No trash cans only at reception. No lighting for foot path to pod in dark. Cover missing on extractor fan in shower. Bleach stains on towels. No pillow protectors. No dish washer as listed in description. Asked to check out at 12.00 noon, states on listing check out 1pm. Kitchen area and shower rom nice and clean. Can't believe no one came to see if all was ok."

"Chose this property specifically for the pool, only to be told there was only a community pool on the next street that we could use. Was very upset. When we got that response, we went round and found we couldn't get access without a key. Had to wait until next day for a key to be delivered to us. Finally, on our third day, we had a swim. Not at all pleased. No pool towels. House was beautiful though. "

"Property was very quiet and spacious. Clean and nice. Great WiFi and needed cause cell coverage is bad. Beds are ok. Downstairs bed is exceptional. However Cleaners put damp sheets on the kids beds so I had to pull them off and dry them. Washing machine only worked with cold wash. Tiny Private pool is not heated so unless it’s super warm out you won’t use it. Location has heavy car traffic getting in and out on narrow residential streets Ultimately great place but needs better management...
