"The property was nice and clean. I was surprised to see that the layout of the room was actually a two bedroom unit, great for a group or family traveling. Not your typical hotel room of less than 400 sq ft. Ana at the front desk was great who provided us with the detailed information we needed upon checking in at midnight. "Cons: Showers were barely warm(biggest issue for us), the pest guy walked right in our room when we first got there (was nice and apologized), we couldn’t figure out the tv but we always bring a Roku with us so no biggie, and there was some kind of fire in a room our last day. "I recently stayed at Encantada Resort Vacation Townhomes by IDILIQ in Four Corners, Florida, from December 23 to January 2, and it was absolutely fantastic! "The property needs a good upgradation. Roaches and Ants in the kitchen. The toilets were not cleaned properly. Not enough toiletries were supplied for a week of stay. The washer and dryer were dirty. Please take these all under consideration before booking this condo. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay. Awesome front view, some good fast food and restaurants are within walking distance. 15 to 20 minutes drive to Disney World and Universal Studio. "

"Room was great. There was an issue with out check in that took a while and I had to get a down graded room. It was still nice just not what I booked. Staff was friendly but felt very rushed when asking questions about the issue. "

"I really liked the property the communication with the instructions were excellent. the place was clean quiet parking is good. The only observation I have is that on Friday there was people on the sidewallk talking with music and it was hard to sleep. I woke up at 2am and they were still there. I had to be at the airport on Saturday at 6/6:30am and it was hard to go back to sleep. Aside from that I had a very experience."
