"I booked the property for my mom's extended stay in California to escape the cold weather of her home in the Northwest. This property was perfect for her! Ideal location, private yard and expansive deck with with gorgeous views. The fully updated interior, garage parking and a clean quiet neighborhood were a huge bonus! Communication with the owner/property manager was seamless. She will be back next year!! "

"Alex was a great host. He was proactive when he noticed the temp dropping in the house and wanted to get it taken care of ASAP. We liked the temp at 67 so we weren’t concerned but Alex reached out to me directly to make sure we were okay. Beautiful little space. Perfect for my husband and I. It was adorable, clean, had plenty of coffee and options for coffee. The neighbor helps with the trash and was also super friendly. I would absolutely recommend this VRBO, and truly, any VRBO that Alex has....

"We stayed here with friends and family for a convention in the East Bay. The listing was extremely accurate. The house is perfect for guests staying up late on the main level while others go to sleep either upstairs or down. Great rooms for gathering. Well stocked kitchen. Prompt communication from our host. Will book again next year. "

"It was an awesome place to stay. Very clean and tidy. Master bedroom was spacious. The only thing that I can say that wasn't a positive was multiple deliveries put on the front porch. I called the host and left a message asking what she would like me to do with them. No call back in the four days there. So they were left out in the open. "

"Easy check in process and good communication. Home is well stocked with cooking supplies and great space for more than just two people. We had a slight problem with dock access, but our host offered compensation to make it right. We were happy with our stay."

"We came in to celebrate a friend’s bday (from Philadelphia and Cleveland). Our friend lives in Vallejo so it was very convenient and a good “home base” to do some exploring (Napa and San Fran via the ferry). The house itself was clean, very well stocked with everything you could need, and thoughtful touches. Will let friends know about the place if they are visiting Northern CA!"
