"Viva Heavens has been the best hotel I have stayed in. This was my 2nd year visiting in a row. I LOVE EVERYTHING about Viva Heavens. Such friendly staff who go out of their way to make you happy. The food is delicious, especially the Buffet restaurant. Every night is a different menu and the 4 restaurants are truly fine dining. The hotel and rooms are very clean. And above all i felt exteemely safe at all times."

"Despite their limitations with English, staff were very courteous and professional. Henry Ventura, our concierge made sure we were satisfied with everything, and if we weren’t, he fixed it. Pedro, the chef was accommodating and excellent. Santo/waiter, always courteous & kind. Junior at the taxi stand - always very helpful. I missed our housekeeper but she also was excellent!! We will be back with family!"

"I am very happy with this hotel, considering the hotel options in this price range in Santiago is very limited, I had doubts when I booked it thinking it might be one of those boring business hotel for people who have to be there, but I was wrong, this hotel is warm, friendly, has everything I need, comfortable bed, safe box, ice dispenser every floor, also a good restaurant and bar in the top floor, free airport transfers. It is right in the city center, the only disadvantage is the noise from the street, it doesn’t bother me, but some people may be more sensitive to it. Overall 5/5, Excellent."
