"The hotel has been recently refurbished and on arrival the reception area is spacious and clean. The staff on reception were very friendly and check in was quick. The room itself had a very large double bed and was very comfortable. The leisure facilities were good - it includes a small pool with Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym, all kept very clean and in good order. The hotel is in an excellent location close to the river and less than 10 mins walk from the RSC and town centre. We really enjoed our stay and would love to visit again in the future."

"Had a short stay at Birmingham Airport Novotel to recover from a night flight. Room was comfortable, spacious and very well appointed. Reception staff checked us in early and even took our trolley back for us as we wanted to turn in straight away. The room was very well insulated from the aircraft noise."

"Very comfortable and compact room and perfect for a pre night stopover especially before a long flight from Birmingham airport ( BHX ) and literally just a two minute walk to international departures check in. Breakfast was filling and good quality and you can get a slight discount if purchased the night before."
