The hotel itself was really nice. Staff were very helpful, room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel, however, shares a wall with a nightclub. That doesn't close until 6am. SO if you are going to Istanbul to party hard, this is the place to stay! If not, maybe request a room not-adjoining to the nightclub.

A wonderful experience! Beautiful hotel, clean, cozy. exceptional service! Our every request was heard and the reaction was instant. We asked for towels to be replaced, and also asked for the possibility of a late check-out. The staff did everything to make us feel at home! The breakfast is varied and delicious, definitely worth the money (we took it as an additional service, it was not included in the room rate). The hotel is located 100 meters from the main shopping street Istiklal, which is convenient, but the room was quiet (on the fourth floor). And a 15-minute walk from the airport transfer from Taksim Square. I will definitely come back here when I am in Istanbul again

Staff was not too friendly. Water was cut off during the day and no one notifed us that this would occur. It would have been nice if they gave us a notice before hand as to when the water would be shutdown and for how long.
