Firstly, the best service - hospitality at its finest! 👌 Very friendly staff ☀️ They are the gems of this hotel. Location - very good. Next to the ferry station, tram station, bus stop, and galataport. There are many good places to eat around. And at the same time, it was a very quiet spot. It's just perfect. Rooms - everything clean and neat. Spaceous bathroom.

1/2 block from tram but behind another building so quiet (no street or tram noise). FANTASTIC staff - very helpful & accommodating. Would make you tea or coffee and sit and talk about your adventures, touch base with your needs & see if you needed help getting where you wanted to go. HIGHLY recommend!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Istanbul and had an amazing experience. The service was outstanding — the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The entire place was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. One of the biggest advantages is the location. It’s perfectly situated with both a tram and bus station just a few meters away. From there, you can easily reach all the major travel destinations and sights across the city, making it an ideal base for exploring Istanbul. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. Great value, great people, and a fantastic location!

Sam really did an outstanding job as the Chief Entertainment Officer! One of the friendliest people I’ve ever met in Turkey. He made our stay so happy and stress-free—from arranging seamless hotel transport to offering us coffee every time he saw us, always making sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. Truly seamless service! The hotel is great value for money, with a good location and excellent coffee offerings. Nothing more to ask for! It felt like home.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Sam and all the staff were so friendly. The service was excellent and perhaps the best we have ever had in a hotel. It’s in a very convenient area close to transport - trams, buses, ferries. Great selection of places to eat too. Our room was large for 3 people. Beds very comfortable. We were only a few tram stops away from the touristy areas. Only negative was the bathroom - it was dated and the shower was tiny.

The people working are like family, the bed was good (firm) nice pillows. Great water pressure. Really nice hotel room design with everything you need, blowdryer, slippers, soaps and lotions high quality great scent. They offer coffee, cappuccino, tea, luggage storage. It was perfect for me.
