"This is a very small property in the middle of Taksim. I decided to book this hotel because of the outstanding reviews it got on Hotels.com. "I didn’t receive an upgrade because I don’t believe I was told about it in advance. So when I had the chance to check in early in a standard rate room I took it. Not know I was upgraded.
