"The apartment was designed beautifully. Everything worked. Black out shades in the bedroom, Excellent bathroom. Sun never directly shines in the windows because of the way the building is designed. Staff communicated proactively on whatsapp and were very helpful. Only negatives would be that leaving this large building from the 16th floor is somewhat of an event. Also convenience stores, coffee are at least a 300 meter walk from the property. "

"Beautiful grounds and hotel. Loved the open air feel and hard to believe you are close to the airport. Pool is located just off of the entertainment center. I just wish I had more time to enjoy it on a delayed flight. "

"Amazing hotel and location!! It is in the heart of Bukit Bintang (the shopping/nightlife area for tourists) so it was super convenient and very short walk to many shops and restaurants. It was also right beside a gigantic and beautiful mall. The rooms were massive and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Staff were excellent as well. Will return to this hotel if I'm ever back in KL!"
