"This was even better than the pictures! You walk into the house and the living and dining area is open concept and all windows so all you see is the beautiful cypress trees and ocean view. The backyard is amazing and we lounged by the huge fire pit every night. The area is very quaint and small and several hiking trails literally just out the door. The cypress tree tunnel trail that you can walk to is so beautiful!! I was concerned since it was next to a restaurant but you do not hear any...

"Property was a good size and good price. Everything was there as needed for a larger group stay ( 6 people). Decent location. Nice upstairs master space. Main floor bedroom and bed layout better for family or close friends (some bunks and 1 walk through bedroom) but in total the house has ample privacy and space for 3 couples or a family and one couple who could use the top floor master"

"We stayed for Christmas to be with our son and had a great time. The house is in a great neighborhood with access to freeways and many points of interest around the city. The house is spacious, well laid out and large enough for family. The bonus room was great for rainy day movie watching and the beds were comfy. We look forward to returning."

"The host was prompt in replying to messages. We enjoyed the large dining room table. There were 9 of us. We originally had 10 but one was unable to make it. There were no wine glasses, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. There were no top sheets on the beds downstairs and the bathroom towels upstairs were all damp. There wasn’t any body wash or soap in the upstairs shower. Overall, though, we were very happy with our time spent there. "
