"I live in Alameda and we've had issues with our apartment bathroom twice since we've lived there and needed to rent a room for convenient showering. I like the Coral Reef because it's local, it's close to everything (it's a small Island), and it has a workable kitchen as well. It was PERFECT for what we needed. And the staff is super nice as well, so that's a plus."

"Location is great. Cons: Would be nice to have some towel racks in the bathroom for all of the towels. Dishes are rimmed with metal so they get hot around the edges if you put them in the microwave. Towels smelled like mold. Pros: Parking was easy. Neighborhood is nice. The little communication I had with the owner was fine. Close restaurants in walking distance. Parks right out the front door.
