"This is a gem of a hotel, very good value for the money. Have stayed here 10-12 times for 3-4 nights. Only negative, the hotel is in a sketchy area downtown. If it wasn’t for the secure underground hotel parking I would never ever have stayed here. "

"The hotel was wonderful and very safe! The downside was we brought our dog and there is no area near the hotel with grass so for some dogs it’s difficult to go to the bathroom. The staff at the hotel restaurant were quite rude. The hotel says they have room service but I had to go pick up our food, which was hard with a dog and a newborn."
